AIYEDATIWA AIDE, WEMIMO AKINSOLA PAYS WORKING VISIT TO JB FARMS , ORE
Ahead of the commissioning of the Oil Palm Mills at the JB Farms Limited, Ore, Odigbo Local Government, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Ondo State Governor on Agribusiness, Chief Rotimi Wemimo Akinsola has paid a working visit to the farm.
JB Farms Limited, Ore, holds the largest agricultural plantation in the State, making the it a frontline farm in Ondo State. The Mill is ready for commissioning as every arrangement is on top gear.
Speaking after a tour of Oilpalm processing mill, Akinsola expressed satisfaction with the industrial machines and other modern equipment installed for optimum production.
The SSA stated that, the visit become necessary as part of government’s support ahead of the official commissioning of the Oilpalm mills, saying the mill once begins operation will not only create employment but also boost the economy of the state
Akinsola lauded the company’s huge investment in agriculture, assuring the management of continue support from Governor Aiyedatiwa led administration in the state.
His words: ” Mr Governor OUR EASE Agenda in agribusiness is design to boost food sufficiency, creation of jobs and boosting the State’s IGR. This administration will not only provide enable environment for agriculture to thrive but also ensure investors are protected at all time.
He reaffirmed Governor Aiyedatiwa administration’s commitment to providing security, infrastructure, and an enabling environment for agribusinesses to thrive while calling on other investors to take advantage of the opportunities in Ondo State.
It could be recalled that when Governor Aiyedatiwa visited the farm last year, he acknowledged the scale of JB Farms’ operations, its extensive infrastructure, and its positive impact on employment and economic growth in the State.
JB Farm investment has gone beyond just planting palm trees; the company has built roads and constructing a modern processing mill which will be commissioned in few weeks time.
Akinsola commended the Chief Executive Officer of JB Farms Limited, Mr. Ajibola Adebutu, for considering Ore, in Ondo State for such huge agriculture investment.
