Glowing Tribute: Akure East LCDA Chairman, Barr. Kayode Taiwo Samson, Celebrates Deji of Akure on 11th Coronation Anniversary
Barr. Kayode Taiwo Samson, LL.M., Chairman of Akure East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Oda, has congratulated the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba Dr. Ogunlade Aladelusi, on the occasion of his 11th Coronation Anniversary, describing the monarch’s reign as productive, progressive, and impactful. He noted that the remarkable achievements recorded during the King’s reign have brought pride and honour to Akure Kingdom.

Samson commended the royal father for his exemplary leadership, unwavering commitment to peace, and dedication to the growth and development of Akure, saying his reign has continued to inspire confidence among sons and daughters of the kingdom.
According to the Akure East LCDA Chairman, the reign of the Deji has ushered in a new era of transformation, with the ancient city witnessing unprecedented infrastructural and socio-economic development. He stated that Akure people are delighted to see massive government investments and developmental projects taking shape across the kingdom.
Barr. Samson specifically highlighted landmark projects such as the dualization of major roads in Akure, the construction and completion of the iconic flyover, and the ongoing road construction from the Cathedral axis to A-Division. He observed that these and many other developmental strides have significantly improved the outlook of the state capital and enhanced the quality of life of residents.
He further noted that the peaceful atmosphere and unity that have continued to flourish under the Deji’s reign have created an enabling environment for development and prosperity. He described Oba Aladelusi as a visionary traditional ruler whose wisdom, humility, and fatherly leadership have earned him the admiration and respect of the people.
Congratulating the revered monarch on his 11th year on the throne, Barr.
