Leaders of the South Africa Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC-SA) have congratulated the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his successful emergence as the party’s consensus candidate following the recently concluded APC Presidential Primary ahead of the 2027 general election.
The congratulatory message, jointly conveyed by top officials of the party in South Africa, described the President’s emergence as a demonstration of confidence in his leadership and commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Prince Adekunle Ojo Adegbehingbe Commends Tinubu’s Leadership

Prince Adekunle Ojo Adegbehingbe, Chairman of APC Gauteng Province, Johannesburg, South Africa, applauded President Tinubu for what he described as a well-deserved emergence as the party’s consensus candidate for the 2027 presidential election.
He noted that President Tinubu’s leadership journey, from transforming Lagos State to championing national reforms as President, remains a source of confidence for party faithful both at home and in the Diaspora.
Prince Adegbehingbe stressed that Nigerians in the Diaspora remain committed to promoting the achievements of the current administration and supporting policies aimed at economic growth, infrastructure development, youth empowerment, security, agriculture, and energy sustainability.

According to him, the South Africa Chapter of APC remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda despite being in the Diaspora without voting rights.
