The atmosphere at Ilemobola Girls’ Grammar School, Idanre was filled with joy and celebration as the management, staff, and students gathered on Friday, October 24, 2025, to honor the 2024/2025 graduating set for their outstanding performance and remarkable contributions to the school’s legacy of excellence.

In her heartfelt address, the Principal, Mrs. Roseline Bamitale, commended the outgoing students for making the school proud in both academics and extracurricular activities.

“I want to say a big congratulations to all our outgoing students,” she said. “You have made us proud, not only in your studies but also through your remarkable representation at the local, state, and national levels—especially Mary and Bose, our Senior Prefect and her Assistant.”

Mrs. Bamitale further urged the students to uphold the virtues and values instilled in them throughout their years at Ilemobola.

“Make good use of your time—it is an integral part of life,” she advised. “As you step into the wider world, remember the legacies of discipline, diligence, and excellence you have acquired here. Be good ambassadors of this great school, and may God’s guiding hand lead you to success.”

She also took the opportunity to inspire current students to emulate their seniors, emphasizing that “a glorious future belongs to those who prepare for it.”

Adding to the school’s growing reputation, Mrs. Bamitale proudly announced that Mr. Omojola, one of the school’s dedicated teachers, was recently honored as Ondo State’s Best Teacher of the Year—a testament to Ilemobola’s culture of excellence.

The event featured a variety of colorful activities, including cultural dances, poetry recitations, and goodwill messages from students and guests. Highlights of the day included the presentation of testimonials to the graduating students, with Adekeye Mary, the Senior Prefect, leading the list of honorees.

The celebration was a fitting farewell to a class that had set a high standard of excellence, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations of Ilemobola girls.
