A New Dawn for Ondo State Printers: Mr. Patrick Adeleye Inaugurated as President in a Grand Ceremony

In a momentous and colorfully orchestrated event, the Ondo State Printers’ Association ushered in a new era of leadership as Prince Patrick Adeleye was officially inaugurated as President.

The ceremony, held on Wednesday, June 26, 2025, at the esteemed Printers’ House, Akure High School, Akure, drew dignitaries, industry veterans, and well-wishers from across the state and beyond.

The atmosphere brimmed with pride and anticipation as the association celebrated not only the transition of leadership but the promise of purposeful transformation under Mr. Adeleye’s stewardship.

Elders of the association, speaking with Democrat News Magazine, showered encomiums on the newly installed president, describing him as a man of uncommon vision, deep dedication, and boundless goodwill. Many praised his remarkable strides even prior to his formal inauguration.

“Within the shortest time since his election, Mr. Adeleye has demonstrated a clear vision to uplift the association,” one elder remarked. “From the production of almanacs and official receipts used across the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State to fostering unity among members, he has hit the ground running.”

The elders further emphasized the importance of collective support: “All we need to do now is stand by him — by paying our dues faithfully and contributing personally to strengthen the association’s financial base so he can deliver on his noble vision.”

Members of the new executive council, including Vice President I, Mr. Saliu, echoed their unreserved commitment to working hand-in-hand with the President to achieve lasting progress.

“Our current President, even before today, personally acquired land in Ondo City for the association — a gesture that led to the vision of building a permanent Printers’ House,” Mr. Saliu stated. “His legacy already speaks for him. He is a leader with a difference.”

In his heartfelt address to journalists, Mr. Patrick Adeleye expressed deep gratitude to God for the successful inauguration and to the elders and entire membership for their overwhelming support — which he described as unprecedented.

“We are trusting God to help us build a legacy that will surpass those before us, while promoting unity among all categories of members,” he said. “This is not just about me — it’s about building a future for all of us, together.”

Support from the Top,
Chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Adekunle of Fresh Printing House, Akure, extended warm congratulations to the new leadership. In a passionate show of encouragement, he prayed for a successful tenure and made generous donations to the association’s development fund.
