Pastor Marcus Akinduko to Receive Democrat Distinguished Leadership Award
A celebrated public servant and revered clergyman, Pastor Marcus Akinduko, is set to be honored with the Democrat Distinguished Leadership Award in recognition of his exceptional contributions to public service and spiritual leadership.
Pastor Akinduko, a senior financial expert in the Ondo State Local Government Service, former NULGE State Vice President, and one of the senior pastors in The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM), will be decorated before a host of dignitaries as a Distinguished Leader and Role Model in Public Service.
Remarkably, his nomination came without any opposition, a testament to his sterling reputation and integrity both within and beyond Ondo State.
The award ceremony is scheduled for November 30, 2025, at the Ijapo Multi-Purpose Hall, First Gate, Ijapo Estate, Akure, Ondo State. The event will feature a keynote lecture by Dr. Oladeji of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) on the topic: “Energy Transition and Environmental Sustainability in Nigeria.”
The ceremony will be chaired by Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire (SAN), a distinguished legal luminary and public figure.
