The Olu Ishafinri Community in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State, Kabiyesi Olu Anthony Olomosola has expressed his profound appreciation to Dr. Tola Awosika for his timely intervention in his community after havoc wrecked by storm where many people were affected and electric poles were pulled down.
Dr. Tola Awosika is one of the leading aspirants contesting for the position of Ondo Central Senatorial District under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) took it upon himself to compensate all that were affected and provided multimillion naira electrification for the community.
Olomosola was full of appreciations and thanks to God for giving Ondo State a kind of man like Dr. Tola Awosika whom he described as a man with milk of human kindness.
While speaking with the Democrat News Magazine in his palace, in Akure on Tuesday May 3, 2022 Olomosola said: “Our hope was completely dashed when the storm destroyed the property of the people of my Community and pulled down many electric poles.
“At a time when we were in dilemma, when we don’t know what to do, he came to our aid and compensated all the market women whose containers were affected, landlords and landladies whose houses were affected and brought contractor to replace all the poles that were destroyed.
“It is by the grace of God in the life of Dr. Tola Awosika that we have light in our community and the neighboring communities around us here.”
He used the medium to pray profusely for him over his philanthropic gestures that he said actually wipe the tears of the people of Ishafinrin community.
In the same way, he pledged on behalf of his community not to trivialize the opportunity and to maintain the materials donated for the use of the people in the area.
In his words: “I want to use this medium to pray to God for this young man that had saved us from shame, that God will not let him down and that he will reach his goal in life.
“He has demonstrated high level of patriotism, what he did for us showed that he is a lover of people and we are very sure that he will represent us well if he eventually becomes the senator.
“All political office seekers and political office holders should learn from this young man, particularly the way he is serving God and humanity”.
