ANCOPSS ONDO STATE BRANCH HAILS GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA’S APPOINTMENT OF NEW TUTORS-GENERAL FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS
The All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), Ondo State Branch, has hailed His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Governor of Ondo State, for approving the appointment of three new Tutors-General for public secondary schools across the three senatorial districts of the state.
The newly appointed Tutors-General are:
1. *Iwaluwa Austin Olusola* – Ondo South Senatorial District
2. *Dr. Jogbodo Bosede* – Ondo Central Senatorial District
3. *Fasawe Toluwalase Abayomi* – Ondo North Senatorial District
In a statement issued by the Ondo State Branch of ANCOPSS, the Association described the appointments as a timely and strategic intervention, further evidence of the Governor’s commitment to repositioning education as a pillar of sustainable development in the state.
“These appointments could not have come at a better time,” the statement read. “The Tutors-General play a critical supervisory role in ensuring quality assurance, discipline, and academic excellence across our public secondary schools. With capable hands now in place across the three senatorial districts, we are confident that teaching and learning standards will be further strengthened.”
ANCOPSS Ondo State applauded Governor Aiyedatiwa for his consistent support for education stakeholders, principals, and school administrators across the state, noting that his people-oriented leadership continues to reflect positively on the sector.
The Association also congratulated the three newly appointed Tutors-General, urging them to justify the confidence reposed in them by discharging their duties with diligence, integrity, and a strong commitment to raising the standard of public education in Ondo State.
ANCOPSS Ondo State reaffirmed its readiness to continue working in synergy with the state government and the newly appointed Tutors-General in the collective drive towards educational excellence in the Sunshine State.
