2025 AINPN WEEK:
ONDO NURTW BOSS, COMRADE ADEMOLA ODUDU TO RECEIVE ROAD TRANSPORT LEADERSHIP ICON AWARD
The Ondo State Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Comrade Ambassador Ademola Odudu will be decorated with an award of excellence as an icon in road transport leadership during the annual week of the Association of Independent Newspaper Publishers (AINPN), Ondo State Chapter.
The event is slated to be held on Friday 19th December 2025 at the NMA event centre, Alagbaka Akure.
The choice of Odudu for the prestigious recognition was informed by his laudable track records since he assumed office as the NURTW boss.
He has been able to use his skills to change the narratives and restore decency and modesty amongst drivers in the sunshine state which has served as a blueprint for other states in the country to emulate.
Comrade Ademola Odudu was born over six decades ago. He hails from Ode-Irele, Irele local government area of Ondo state.
He had his elementary education at Igbinoba Primary School, Igbogwi and Igbogwi Grammar School where he obtained his Senior Secondary School Certificate. He was not privileged to go further on the education ladder owing to paucity of fund.
But for the school certificate that he obtained, it is something for which he will be forever grateful to God and his parents.
Comrade Ademola Emmanuel Odudu’s dedication, commitment to transparency in the upliftment of the union and contributions to the unity and development of Ikale land have brought him to be recognized as an icon of transportation leadership.
The 2025 AINPN week will honour several eminent personalities in lieu of their various antecedents in the society.
The event promises to be remarkable and spiced with pomp and pageantry.
