Farewell to a Spiritual Father: Family Announces the Passing of Apostle Joseph Adelola Fayape, a Great Leader Who Leaves an Unforgettable Legacy of Love, Leadership and Service

With deep gratitude to God for a life of impact, service, and unwavering faith, we announce the homegoing of Apostle Joseph Adelola Fayape, who peacefully went to be with the Lord at the age of 99.

A LIFE OF LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE
Apostle Fayape was the General Overseer of St. Daniel’s All Christians Assembly, Oluwatosinmile Church, where he shepherded God’s people with wisdom, love, and the fear of the Lord for many decades. His pulpit was a place of truth, and his life was a living sermon.

He was a passionate teacher and disciplinarian who believed that character and the Word must go together. Many leaders, ministers, and students were raised under his firm but loving correction.

As a philanthropist, he stood up for what was right always. He gave generously to the poor, the needy, and to the work of God. He was a voice for justice and a father to many.

A BUILDER AND A PREACHER
Driven by his love for education and the Gospel, he founded institutions that raised generations:
– Proprietor, Messiah High School
– Proprietor, Oluwatosinmile Montessori Nursery and Primary School

Through these schools, he combined academic excellence with godly values, raising children who would serve God and their nation.

As a preacher of the Word and a tele-evangelist, Apostle Fayape took the Gospel beyond the four walls of the church. Through radio and television, his voice brought salvation, healing, and deliverance into homes across the nation. He preached Christ without compromise until his very last days.

HIS LEGACY
Apostle Joseph Adelola Fayape lived 99 years of purpose. He was a builder of men, a defender of truth, and a vessel of mercy. He leaves behind a legacy of faith, discipline, generosity, and godliness that will speak for generations to come.
