“Let Us Lift the Glory of Our School”: Principal Ezeani Chizoba Urges Students, Appreciates Staff and Stakeholders

The Principal of Community/Olua High School, Igbara-Oke, Mrs. Ezeani Chizoba, has expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering dedication of her teaching and non-teaching staff, applauding their hard work and commitment to raising the academic and moral standards of the institution.

Mrs. Chizoba made this known during an exclusive interview with The Democrat News Magazine held at the school premises last week.

According to her, the progress witnessed in the school in recent times is a direct result of the collective efforts of passionate educators who continue to go above and beyond their duties to ensure that students receive quality education in a conducive learning environment.

“I am truly grateful to my staff. Their commitment to excellence and the welfare of our students is commendable,” she said.

While commending the staff, Mrs. Chizoba also called on the students to rededicate themselves to their studies, noting that academic diligence remains the surest path to both personal success and institutional pride.

“I want our students to be more focused and dedicated to their academic pursuits. By doing so, they will not only secure a bright future for themselves but also uplift the glory of our beloved school,” she urged.

Turning her attention to stakeholders, the principal encouraged the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) to become more responsive to the needs and aspirations of the school. She emphasized the crucial role the PTA plays in strengthening the education system, especially at the grassroots level.

“We need stronger collaboration with the PTA. Their responsiveness to the school’s needs is essential if we are to collectively promote the standard of education not just in our school, but across Ondo State,” she noted.

Mrs. Chizoba also took time to extend her heartfelt appreciation to the Old Students’ Association of Community/Olua High School. She praised the alumni body for their continued support and various contributions toward the development of the school.

“Our Old Students’ Association has been a pillar of support. Their interventions and generosity have gone a long way in boosting both morale and infrastructure. We thank them sincerely,” she concluded.

Mrs. Chizoba’s leadership continues to inspire a spirit of unity and excellence within the school community, setting a vibrant tone for future achievements.
