Prince (Dr.) Adeniran Omotola Oyebade, PhD, FICM — Ondo’s Technocrat Bags Fellow of Institute of Change Management

“From our roots we rise, not to seek titles, but to serve — proving that heritage finds its truest meaning in impact.”

Prince Dr. Adeniran Omotola Oyebade, PhD, has been admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Change Management (FICM) in recognition of his leadership across technology, enterprise, and public service. Born and raised in Ondo, his journey reflects the strength of local grounding and global excellence — a balance that defines his contributions in engineering, innovation, and governance.

A naval veteran and former advisor within the Executive Office of the President of the United States, Dr. Oyebade has served in senior roles across industry and government. As founder of BADES GROUP LLC (USA) and BADES GLOBAL NIG LTD (Nigeria), he has advanced aviation logistics and healthcare capacity across continents, demonstrating a clear vision for African-driven global solutions.

Though linked by lineage to royal houses in Iwo and Ile-Ife, Dr. Oyebade’s heritage and heart are rooted in the Ondo Kingdom, whose values of hard work, honesty, and service continue to shape his leadership philosophy. He has signalled his intent to translate this experience into public service, aspiring to represent Ondo Central Senatorial District, a platform through which he hopes to apply his expertise to inclusive development and institutional reform.

The FICM Fellowship stands as both recognition and renewal, honouring a leader who understands that transformation begins with service.

Congratulations to Prince Dr. Adeniran Omotola Oyebade, PhD, FICM — an Ondo-born technocrat redefining leadership through integrity, innovation, and impact.
