Governor Aiyedatiwa Champions Sustainable Infrastructure for a Rising Ondo State
True patriots know that infrastructure development is not a quick-fix game, it is a process.
In less than a year as Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has shown leadership by rolling out projects, flagging off new roads, and commissioning strategic works to close Ondo State’s infrastructure gap.
This administration didn’t promise overnight miracles. Instead, it is delivering steadily on the EASE Agenda, with a clear mandate: sustainable, professional, and lasting infrastructure across the state.
As the Honourable Commissioner for Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing, Engr. Ayorinde Olawoye, puts it: “The Governor’s charge is simple; prioritize quality infrastructure that stands the test of time. And we will deliver.”
Take the once treacherous Akungba–Ikare Road for example. What was once a death trap has now seen a permanent solution; dualisation backed by heavy excavation of rocky terrains that had long resisted fixes. Under Engr. Olawoye’s technocratic guidance, technical challenges are being conquered one by one.
Without propaganda or noise, Governor Aiyedatiwa is proving that development speaks louder than politics. To tag bad roads to this hardworking administration is not just unfair, it is malicious. Progress is happening, communities are opening up, and Ondo State is on the rise.
This administration is not chasing cheap applause. It is building sustainably, guided by professional standards and a clear vision under OUR EASE Agenda.
